Our engineers analyse and seek out new solutions daily to best meet the needs of our customers. To do this, they design and develop new patented solutions each year.
Materials studies and design
We study and design new, more effective, more solid materials to manufacture our products. These FerryNod® patented materials are dedicated to gear design.
Prédictive maintenance
We offer our customers maintenance to prevent the risk of breakage or damage of their product.
Our engineers also work on sensor systems to analyse product wear in real time.
Gears & Pinions
Ferry-Capitain, part of Groupe CIF, designs and produces large gears and pinions. To date, more than 2,200 steel gears and more than 1,100 gears made from SG cast iron and FerryNod®, a grade developed and patented nu Ferry-Capitain.
In partnership with Fer’Incub, the Group proposes monitoring pinion and gear alignment using sensors and a communication gateway on the pinion (patented system). This preventive maintenance tool can be used to monitor the reliability and condition of your equipment.
