Supplier documentation
To become a supplier to Groupe CIF and/or to remain a supplier, we need to know a few administrative prerequisites :
A Certificate of Registration of your company issued within the last 6 months
A Certificate of Registration of your company issued within the last 6 months.
A certificate of insurrance for Public, Product and Professional Liability
A Certificate of insurance for Public, Product and professional Liability, drawn up by your insuer, specifically mentioning the activities for wich you work with our company, the amounts covered and the effective and expiry dates of the current period.
A certificat of due diligence issued within the last 6 months
A certificat of due diligence issueds whitin the last 6 months by the competent authority, confirming compliance with the reporting obligations of employees and payment of social security levies.
A Solemn declaration
A solemn declaration indicating whether or not you intend to use employees of foreign nationalities to carry out the contract, and if so, certifying that these employees are or will be authorised to carry out a professional activity in France and a certificate of non-conviction (Subcontracting certificate).
Ethical Charter Suppliers
Document valid for 5 years, to be renewed if the signatory changes (Ethical Charter Suppliers & Subcontractors).
